We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Analyst
to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing digital marketing performance across multiple channels, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and marketing goals using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel
Work with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements
Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to inform digital strategy
Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with data insights
Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience improvements
Track customer behavior and attribution across digital touchpoints
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Excel, and data visualization platforms
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and metrics
Experience with SEO/SEM tools is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
