Job Responsibilities: ? Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization. ? Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. ? Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys. ? Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages. ? Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists. ? Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events. ? Composing and posting online content for the company?s social media page and website. ? Writing marketing nonfiction for company brochures and press releases. ? Building strong relationships with customers. ? Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns. ? Evaluating brands' target customers to identify the social media channels that would provide the best opportunities for customer engagement. ? Calculating business return on ad spend (ROAS) and comparing it against industry averages. ? Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients. ? Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports. ? create and upload copy and images for the organisation's website ? research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums ? design website banners and assist with web visuals ? negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.
