We are looking for a Digital Marketer with Graphic Designer and Photo Editing Skills to join our team and manage our online presence to enhance our brand and attract more customers. Job Summary: As a Digital Marketer with Graphic Designer and Photo Editing Skills, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote Sandy Beach Hotel and Resort\'s brand and services. You will also be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to support our marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our company website, SEM, and SMM activities, as well as responding to reviews on various online platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the Sandy Beach Hotel and Resort website
- Design and create graphics, images, and videos for use in digital marketing campaigns and website content
- Manage the company website, including content creation, updates, and maintenance
- Develop and manage SEM and SMM campaigns to drive traffic to the website and increase conversions
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on various online platforms, including Booking.com, Google Business, Facebook, and Instagram
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and incorporate them into the company\'s marketing strategies
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEM, SMM, and SEO best practices
- Experience managing company websites and social media accounts
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
