Digital & Large Format Printing Production Supervisor
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital printing production floor and outdoor installation works. This role involves managing staff, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workflow to meet client deadlines in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, scheduling the outdoor installation works like signages, sticker installations, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the digital printing team.
Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure timely job completion.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all print jobs.
Troubleshoot technical issues with printers, finishing equipment, or software as needed.
Collaborate with prepress, design, and customer service teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the production area.
Train and mentor staff, providing guidance on equipment usage and production techniques.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of digital presses (e.g., HP Indigo, Xerox, Canon, etc.).
Track inventory levels of substrates, inks, and other supplies.
Recommend improvements to processes, technologies, and team workflows.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
