Technical Operations Manager - Large Format Printing Machines

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee our Large Format Printing Machines service division in Dubai, ensuring smooth coordination between service engineers, coordinators, and inventory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage

Service Engineers

specializing in large format printing machines across all branches. Plan, monitor, and adjust

engineer schedules

,

availability

, and

task assignments

in coordination with branch teams and service coordinators. Oversee the

Inks & Machine Spare Parts

department, ensuring seamless coordination with inventory coordinators. Maintain optimal

stock levels

of inks, consumables, and spare parts to meet both sales and service requirements. Ensure quick and efficient resource allocation for urgent service needs. Monitor and improve

service performance KPIs

, reporting directly to senior management. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or Operations Management. Minimum

5 years of experience

in technical service management for

large format printing machines

or related industrial equipment. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in ERP or service management systems. In-depth knowledge of large format printing technology, inks, and machine spare parts is essential.
