Job Summary


Our graphic designer will be closely working with the Marketing and Content Creation Team, to create visual imagery and concepts that help in communicating ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.


We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in electronic and print media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable.


The successful candidate will understand branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Any knowledge of or interest in the healthcare field would be a plus but is not required.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from management and marketing team, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and self-scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
• Develop eye-catching content templates that can be edited or customized to suit the needs of the project
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
• Produce multiple pieces of content every day - social posts, digital ads, video assets, etc.
• Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 3+ years' experience (academic and/or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize and function efficiently with multiple tasks
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• You will be working in the office; this is NOT a remote position
