Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and energetic individual to join our team as a

Digital Content & Website Coordinator

. This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing the company's digital presence through effective website updates, engaging design, CRM engagement, and strategic content development across various platforms including Snapchat and TikTok.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Dashboard Management

Upload and manage car listings, photos, pricing, and availability. Regularly update website banners, special offers, and seasonal promotions. Ensure mobile compatibility, responsiveness, and smooth user experience. Collaborate with IT or platform vendors to fix bugs and implement improvements.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

Design engaging content for WhatsApp Status, Instagram Stories, and other social media posts. Create marketing visuals including car promotion cards, special deals, and fleet announcements. Use tools like

Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

to produce on-brand content. Prepare visuals for digital campaigns, WhatsApp CRM messages, and loyalty templates.

CRM & Customer Engagement

Update and maintain CRM with accurate customer data. Support automation and follow-up messaging (thank-you messages, promo codes, etc.). Work closely with customer service and sales team to ensure consistent communication flow.

Creative Development, Branding & Social Media

Propose creative content ideas and branding campaigns. Stay on top of trends in digital media, car rental marketing, and competitor branding. Participate in content planning and brainstorm sessions.

Create and post content on TikTok and Snapchat

to boost engagement and bring in clients through interactive and trendy campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

2+ years in digital content, website coordination, or marketing support. Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Basic website editing (WordPress or similar CMS preferred). Knowledge of CRM platforms. Strong communication and copywriting skills (Arabic is a plus). High energy, creative mindset, and attention to detail.*
