A Digital Marketing & Influencer Coordinator plays a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This position requires a deep understanding of both digital marketing practices and the luxury perfume industry to effectively translate brand values and product narratives into compelling online content. This position also requires a creative and analytical mind to execute impactful digital campaigns, foster relationships with key influencers, and drive engagement across multiple platforms
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the brands across social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms.
Manage the content calendar for social media channels, ensuring consistency and engaging posts.
Collaborate with the creative teams of each Brand for the required assets
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO to improve organic traffic and online sales.
Develop campaigns with retailers within the distribution network of each brand as per agreed upon marketing and investment plan.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for online campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Develop with the agency and manage the company's website, LinkedIn and company's social media channels as well as ensure regular updates are communicated.
Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing and impactful digital assets.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Ensure plans are discussed and agreed upon in advance with a proactive approach, avoiding missing opportunities.
Develop an annual plan to define budgets and split into two semesters with in-depth focus by semester and by month for each planned activity
Influencer Marketing
Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and content creators who align with the branding of each brand.
Manage and update the master guest & influencer list for the company and relevant to each Brand within the portfolio
Develop influencer outreach strategies tailored to the target audience of each brand.
Develop various concepts for each Brand defining the strategies how to accomplish viral reach where needed
Coordinate campaigns with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met and brand guidelines are adhered to.
Monitor performance metrics for influencer partnerships, providing regular reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
Stay updated with influencer trends to ensure campaigns remain fresh and relevant.
Organize influencer events and activations to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer collaborations.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or social media insights.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to execute local marketing initiatives.
Assist in planning and coordinating product launches and trade activities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
Ensure alignment between trade marketing activations and digital campaigns to maintain consistency.
Coordinate with Brand Marketing departments in receiving Brand decks, marketing calendars, assets and other tools.
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies for additional support in digital campaign execution and influencer management.
Liaise with e-commerce platforms to optimize listings and ensure product visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and digital advertising tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for fostering influencer relationships.
Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Creative mindset and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Work Environment
The Influencer and Digital Marketing Coordinator will operate from the company's headquarters based in UAE, and may occasionally travel to attend events, meet influencers, or oversee promotional activities to a variety of Countries in the Middle East and Europe. The role holder will work under the Marketing Department and will report to the Country Director. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for creative expression and professional growth.
