If so, then we want to connect with you! Coinstar is seeking a Digital Content Specialist that excels at concepting, copywriting, social media, and email-based marketing programs. This role will partner with designers and marketing managers in a lively, dynamic environment to bring ideas to life with fresh, engaging messaging that strengthens our brand, activates new customers, and increases retention of existing customers for Coinstar.Key ResponsibilitiesCopy Writing Develop copy and maintain a consistent brand voice through a variety of marketing channels: website, promotional campaigns, product information, social, trade shows, kiosk/POS, trade advertisements, email, presentations, etc.Collaborate with designers to create and deliver messaging that meets business objectives.Create and maintains editorial guidelinesManage translation agency to fulfill translation requests from internal partners Social Media Develop and manage the social media strategy in collaboration with Marketing & Sales team. Create and maintain monthly content calendars across all Coinstar social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram) for North American and UK markets.Monitor daily content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram)Use an analytic measurement tool (Sprout Social) to post, track, measure, and analyze social media performance against goals and metrics.Monitor category & whitespace content to curate and share.Create multimedia content for all social channels.Work with customer service to develop and execute processes for monitoring and responding to comments Develop and run social media contests and advertising - boosting/sponsoring social media posts. Email Marketing Work closely with the lead marketing manager for each division to develop email marketing strategy, and campaigns that deliver engagement and resultsManage the email process end-to-end, including email calendar, email content/promotions, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting Champion continuous improvement of the email development/deployment process, including list segmentation, customer personalization, frequency, segmentation, messaging, layout, deliverability, template development etc.Collaborate with creative to improve email campaign designs and write creative briefs to bring email marketing campaigns to life.Own all email metrics reporting (deliverability, open rate, click-thru rate) and manage the overall health of the customer database, including IP reputation and spam-complaint rates.Monitor industry best practices and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, creative writing, Public Relations, or related field.3+ years of related marketing experience required. Experience with social media advertising and using social listening, metrics, and tools.Experience executing email marketing campaigns using Salesforce or a similar email service interface.Experience with vendor management and project coordination. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Superior written and verbal communication skills.Social media savvy.Acutely detailed-oriented, strong fact-checking and proofreading skills.A self-starter with a strong track record of initiative and follow-through.Excellent problem solving, project management/multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with key stakeholders in a team environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite on a PC.
