Website & Digital Content Specialist implements online tools that promote organizations and boost client engagement, responsible for creating designing and maintaining website, creating the content that promotes a brand. They are usually responsible for creating and implementing a content plan and the copy that is posted on a website.
Coordinate and create digital content, including but not limited to website pages, podcasts, blog posts, and videos to enrich the user experience via the web journey
Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
Work closely and coordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams
Develop and track ROIs and KPIs
Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization\'s website.
Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.
Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organization\'s strategy.
Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization\'s standards.
Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
Align the website with the organization\'s brand, strategy, and standards
Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts
Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality
Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies
Evaluate competitors\' websites & Follow industry best practices
Manage pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns
Ensure proper Data management via all synchronised platforms (MDM, Portal, etc.)
Digital Projects - business
Manage and supervise all Rollout projects from HQ, in collaboration with IT, such as: Webshop, Customer Portal, Data management, Chatbot, etc.
