Responsibilities:
- Accurately publish and manage content in CMS platforms on behalf of clients.
- Use HTML and CSS to resolve publishing issues and enhance content presentation.
- Maintain content governance by conducting regular reviews for brand consistency and digital rights compliance.
- Identify and resolve content-related issues through ticketing systems like JIRA or Asana.
- Audit content across websites, shared drives, and social media channels to ensure proper organization and usability.
- Report content audit findings using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Support content mapping, cleanup, and workflow optimization during large-scale CMS migration projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills to ensure brand consistency and tone accuracy.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Expertise in Magento catalog management, Oracle BCC, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience authoring content in enterprise CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Highspot, or Seismic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills while also being able to work independently.
- Familiarity with headless/structured content concepts and how CMS, DAM, PIM, and API systems integrate.
- Technical acumen and a curiosity for emerging content management trends.
- (Preferred) Ability to present audit findings via PowerPoint and visualize workflows using tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
- Adaptability to changing project priorities with a growth-focused mindset.
