Creative Content & Social Media Lead

to own and grow our digital presence across Instagram.

Job Summary

As our

Creative Content & Social Media Lead

, you'll be the engine behind our Instagram content -- responsible for

planning, producing, designing, writing, and publishing

content across three premium brand accounts. You'll shoot Reels, design carousels, write sharp captions, and track performance -- all with a strong sense of

luxury aesthetics (black & white), real estate storytelling, and hospitality charm

.

You must be

based in Dubai

, have a

valid UAE driving license and your own car

to commute for content shoots across properties.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute monthly Instagram content calendars Align digital storytelling with sales, bookings, and brand-building goals Research trends, competitors, and growth strategies
Content Creation & Production

Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, lifestyle content, and walkthroughs Direct and style property shoots when needed Write sharp, strategic, brand-aligned captions and CTAs
Graphic Design & Visual Branding

Design carousels, story templates, covers, and branded content Maintain our minimalist, luxury visual language (black and white styling) Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for polished output
Growth & Reporting

Monitor Instagram Insights and prepare monthly reports Recommend ways to boost engagement and reach Manage basic community interaction (DMs, comments, story replies)

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in social media, content creation & design Excellent Instagram skills -- from Reels to writing to Canva/Photoshop Strong command of English - creative and brand-aware tone Hands-on experience in shooting/editing with mobile-friendly tools (CapCut, InShot) A sharp eye for luxury visuals and clean aesthetics Self-motivated, organized, and proactive

Must-Have

Valid UAE driving license and own car

(to travel for shoots as needed)
