Our client, a successful e-commerce fashion brand, is looking for a talented Digital Analyst to join their dynamic team.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing website traffic and user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement for the site.
• Monitor and report on social media engagement and performance metrics.
• Conduct research and analysis on competitor digital marketing strategies.
• Work with marketing and advertising teams to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement website and digital marketing optimization strategies.
• Implementation of new content techniques to increase customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to digital analytics and reporting.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in digital analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Experience in E-Commerce/Shopify Platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
