Key Responsibilities:



Carry out advanced diagnostics and resolve complex issues in engines, transmissions, drive trains, suspension, and electrical/electronic systems. Carry out in-depth repairs using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools. Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service bulletins to identify and resolve issues. Support sanity inspections and conduct quality checks before releasing vehicles. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair timelines and cost estimates. Train, guide, and mentor junior technicians in repair methods and workshop practices. Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards. Keep updated with the latest automotive technologies, software, and repair procedures. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.


Requirements


Skills & Qualification:



Minimum 5+ years of experience in multi-brand diagnostics and repair. Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems across various brands. Proficiency with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certification.
