We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Tagalog speaker
DHA Registered Nurse
to provide high-quality patient care in compliance with Dubai Health Authority standards. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, implementing treatment, and monitoring outcomes. This role requires professionalism, empathy, clinical excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with DHA and facility standards.
Perform comprehensive assessments and document patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor, evaluate, and record patients' progress and responses to treatments.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, and preventive health.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records using EMR systems.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Participate in training sessions, quality improvement initiatives, and audits as required.
Requirements:
Valid DHA License
or
DHA Eligibility Letter
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
from a recognized institution
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
(UAE experience preferred but not mandatory) - Freshers are encouraged, we provide training for the post
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice
Proficient in English
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Self presentation, flexible and effective multitasker w/ excellent results
Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to different patient populations
Can speak tagalog; can join immediately
23-30 years old, female preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [e.g., Emergency, ICU, Aesthetics etc.]
BLS/ACLS certification (as required)
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts (morning/evening/night depending on facility)
May involve standing for extended periods, lifting patients, and exposure to bodily fluids
