We are hiring a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and a strong background in sales and client consultation. The ideal candidate must have worked in Dubai-based aesthetic clinics and be confident in handling both clinical procedures and revenue conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and assist with aesthetic procedures such as:
PRP for face and hair
Botox & Fillers (under doctor supervision)
HydraFacial
Chemical Peels
Laser Hair Removal
Microneedling
RF
Mesotherapy, etc.
Educate clients on treatment plans, pre/post care, and expected results.
Conduct consultations and confidently close sales, converting leads into booked procedures.
Proactively upsell packages, add-ons, and renewal treatments to meet revenue targets.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensure clinical hygiene, and follow all DHA compliance standards.
Work closely with doctors, laser technicians, and front office to ensure seamless patient flow.
Requirements:
Valid DHA RN License or Eligibility Letter
Minimum 2 years of Dubai experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics
Proven sales or client conversion experience in the aesthetic field
In-depth knowledge of aesthetic machines, procedures, and skincare products
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Energetic, presentable, and goal-oriented personality
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required
