We are Looking for a DGM- Leadership Development & Talent Management for one our well-Known clients based in Dubai,United Arab Emirates.
Title: DGM- Leadership Development & Talent Management
Industry: Looking for candidates from the Retail or FMCG Industry.
Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Experience: 15 years of corporate/consulting experience with CXO leadership, proven track record as strategic partner for leadership development.
Job Profile: The position will focus on talent management outcomes - succession planning, leadership development, coaching, assessment tools etc. Support business leaders in ensuring that the Group has a strong and effective senior leadership team to drive the business going forward, in line with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership Development
Assess each top team structure and Review critical leadership positions through a robust talent management process.
Identify key opportunities and risks from a leadership point of view in each business and at a Group level.
2. Comprehensive leadership program designing;
Develop a comprehensive leadership journey/program from first-line managers to executives, aligned with organizational needs and career progression.
Establish strategic partnerships with external partners to co-create flagship programs.
Review business and leadership performance metrics to identify gaps and establish a clear leadership development roadmap.
Provide top team coaching and facilitation to enhance team effectiveness.
3. Talent Management
Lead talent management strategies, processes, and programs to drive high performance and support business objectives.
Develop Hipo and succession planning programs.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Qualification : MBA Graduate in the HR Discipline.
Expereicne : 15 years of corporate/consulting experience with CXO leadership development.
Skills : Stakeholder management, leadership skills, understanding of various learning and development tools.
