The right candidate for this role will be an expert in the field of Learning Development and Talent Management, having come from a boutique Financial Services firm. They will be a creative and innovative individual, able to develop the Learning & Development programmes for this group, and will be able to feedback to Senior Management on the outcomes on training, establishing which processes work and which ones need further evolution. They will be able to charismatically deal with all things L&D / TM and liaise with internal and external stakeholders with the same level of respect and knowledge afforded to both. They will also be able to lend their overall L&D expertise to other areas of the business on an ad-hoc basis as and when needed, reviewing and monitoring any other L&D related reports.
