We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to support the implementation of an advanced, automation-focused security assessment solution. This role is a key part of our effort to embed security into every phase of the SDLC and ensure seamless integration of automated testing across CI/CD pipelines.

What You'll Do

Lead the implementation of automated security testing tools (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, etc.) within CI/CD pipelines. Conduct a gap analysis of our existing DevSecOps framework, practices, and tools. Provide a maturity assessment and a roadmap for continuous improvement. Deliver hands-on configuration, integration, and automation of security testing in development workflows. Generate compliance and vulnerability reports aligned with enterprise standards. Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure smooth integration and knowledge transfer. Provide live demonstrations and practical training to internal teams.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in DevSecOps or security engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience integrating security into DevOps workflows. Proficiency with tools like SonarQube, Veracode, Burp Suite, Checkmarx, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc. Experience conducting or supporting security gap analyses and producing maturity assessments. Familiarity with IaC security, container security, secrets management, and secure SDLC best practices. Solid understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and cloud environments.

Work Environment

Remote position, open to candidates based in Europe or the UAE. Must be comfortable working with distributed teams and delivering clear, actionable insights.
