Key Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and implement robotic systems using platforms like KUKA, ABB, and Fanuc
• Lead deployment of connected automation solutions using PLCs, SCADA, and industrial IoT systems
• Customize solutions based on stakeholder requirements within complex production environments
• Oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of automation infrastructure
• Guide and mentor junior engineers across robotics and automation disciplines
• Act as the primary technical liaison with client engineering teams and management
• Evaluate vendor solutions, lead technical discussions, and finalize automation proposals

Job Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial robotics, automation, and IoT-based manufacturing
• Prior experience working in regulated industries with strict quality and uptime mandates

Skills

• Expertise in robot programming, safety protocols, and control systems
• Proficient in PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron) and SCADA integration
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, EtherCAT)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and projects
