Description
Lead and coordinate the planning and design process for all developments, working closely with architects, engineers, and planners to ensure innovative and compliant designs.
Manage projects through from concept and approvals to procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Conduct technical and design reviews to maintain high standards and compliance with Dubai's building regulations.
Liaise with government authorities and external agencies to secure permits, approvals, and coordinate stakeholder requirements.
Support sales and marketing teams by aligning design elements with market positioning and tenant needs.
Monitor project risks, schedules, and costs, collaborating with legal and procurement teams to control variations and payments.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering, or real estate development, with 10 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years management experience working on the developer side.
They will possess excellent design literacy, project management skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai's building codes and regulatory processes.
