The group made an initial investment in a hydroponic farm last year and is now producing a large variety of agricultural produce, which is being supplied to several supermarket chains in the region.
They are seeking to recruit a Development Director to spearhead their entire property development with overall additional responsibility for marketing and sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Developing, leading, and successfully implementing Property Development, Marketing, and Sales strategies with a primary focus on Real Estate Development and allied services.
They will build an optimum organization structure, team, systems, procedures, and policies to support the successful implementation of plans.
Propose, plan, and achieve Financial and Operational targets to develop and scale up growth in line with the long-term vision of the company.
Market research, competitor analysis, and developing applicable pricing models.
Implement MIS to report progress on goals and targets.
Oversee legal, communication, and asset management functions throughout the development process.
Manage international consultants and designers from inception to planning approvals.
Prepare presentations, reports, and feasibility studies for management and stakeholders.
Contribute to the quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Design relevant strategy for the pre-launch and post-launch phases.
The minimum requirement for the job is 12-15 years of experience in a similar capacity. The job requires the candidate to have proven experience in leading the full development cycle of multiple residential masterplan developments. They should be able to manage all aspects of the project, including budgets, schedules, and stakeholders. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams to deliver successful projects.
