Our client, a large foreign group, plans to make significant investments in the UAE in select businesses. The group made an initial investment in a hydroponic farm last year and is now producing a large variety of agricultural produce, which is being supplied to several supermarket chains in the region.
They are seeking to recruit a Development Director to spearhead their entire property development with overall additional responsibility for marketing and sales.

They are seeking to recruit a Development Director to spearhead their entire property development with overall additional responsibility for marketing and sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing, leading, and successfully implementing Property Development, Marketing, and Sales strategies with a primary focus on Real Estate Development and allied services.
- They will build an optimum organization structure, team, systems, procedures, and policies to support the successful implementation of plans.
- Propose, plan, and achieve Financial and Operational targets to develop and scale up growth in line with the long-term vision of the company.
- Market research, competitor analysis, and developing applicable pricing models.
- Implement MIS to report progress on goals and targets.
- Oversee legal, communication, and asset management functions throughout the development process.
- Manage international consultants and designers from inception to planning approvals.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and feasibility studies for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Design relevant strategy for the pre-launch and post-launch phases.
