Role: Offer expert guidance on development and corporate agility practices to ensure their alignment with the organization\'s strategy. Additionally, present a well-structured methodology to implement these practices effectively across different areas. Assume direct responsibility for managing the section, overseeing all related projects and initiatives
Responsibilities: - Lead the development of new business initiatives in collaboration with Chief Executives and Department Directors to identify areas for organizational improvement. - Continuously assess agile maturity, identify improvement areas, and enhance core operations to achieve the desired maturity level. - Participate in local and international awards, ensuring compliance with government excellence program requirements related to the section\'s scope of work. - Supervise the implementation of corporate development projects, coordinating with various organizational units. - Contribute to strategic planning activities for setting and executing organizational goals. - Manage all relevant documents, including Policies, Operating Models, Blueprints, and procedures for the development and corporate agility section
Requirements:
- UAE national with Family book - Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/Management from a recognized university. - Possess 7 years of experience in the related field. - Exhibit strong leadership skills, motivating and coaching employees to achieve high performance standards. - Demonstrate goal-oriented and results-driven qualities with exemplary planning and organizational skills. - Possess certificates in EFQM, ISO9001, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Scrum Master, SAFe, providing a competitive advantage. - Excel as a flexible team player, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.
