Our client, one of the leading Dubai based semi government entities is looking to hire a Strategic Corporate Planning Manager (UAE Nationals) under their strategic team

Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies by setting the goals and objectives of the Organization based on the current and expected performance
- Monitor the internal and external environment including internal resources and capabilities, stakeholders\' needs, expectations and satisfaction level, competitive business climate, technology trends and government activities
- Work in a consulting capacity with the strategic business units\' CEO and directors to produce suitable business and operational plans and Critiques annual updates of these plans
- Drive and develop Strategy and Key Result Areas at organizational level, across and between functions and cascade down to operational levels
- Ensuring the organizational Alignment performance with Strategic directions of the whole organization based on sound analysis of internal strengths, weaknesses and in consideration of external opportunities and threats

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a recognized university
- Candidates are to have 7 to 10 years of experience in this area
- Experience within Tier 1 Private Equity Firms, Asset Manager or Investment Banks is required
- An ideal candidate would be certified in Balanced Scorecard
- Candidates that are a UAE National with a Family Book can only be considered for this role
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
