Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within a real estate development company UAE
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of market trends, property values, and key developments in UAE's real estate sector
- Experience with generating and converting leads via multiple channels, including digital marketing, referrals, and telemarketing
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong referral network
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and close high-value deals
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, and others are an advantage
