Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

3D Exhibition & Event Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing innovative 3D solutions for events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the events, production, and sales teams to bring clients' visions to life through impactful and functional 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop 3D design concepts for exhibitions, event spaces, stage setups, kiosks, booths, and experiential activations. Produce high-quality 3D renderings, mood boards, and technical drawings for client presentations and production handover. Collaborate with account managers and production teams to understand client requirements and ensure design feasibility. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for branding and spatial design. Translate 2D sketches and client briefs into 3D visuals using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar. Ensure that all designs comply with safety regulations and venue specifications. Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in exhibition and event design, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or retail environments. Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), etc. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D event and exhibition designs. Good understanding of space planning, materials, and construction methods. Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production and fabrication techniques is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with agencies or companies in the events and exhibitions industry in the UAE or GCC region. Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event design solutions. Basic knowledge of AR/VR integration is a plus. Preferably Tagalog
