We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused professional to join our global business team as a

Client Servicing & Business Development Executive

. This role requires a perfect blend of relationship management, project execution, and communication strategy to support our growing international clientele in the exhibitions and experiential marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

Serve as the key liaison between the client and internal teams. Understand client goals and ensure all deliverables align with their brand vision. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and service excellence.

Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate closely with design, production, and operations teams to execute projects flawlessly. Monitor and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects. Provide post-event analysis and client feedback to enhance future projects.

Business Development & Brand Communication

Identify potential global markets and contribute to business expansion strategies. Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Assist in content creation and brand storytelling across digital and offline channels. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in

client servicing, marketing communications, or business development within exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing domains.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
