Alia Flowers is looking for a talented Designer / Draftsman to join our Events Division.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with technical precision, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for transforming design concepts into exceptional event experiences.
Position Overview
You'll be responsible for designing carpentry solutions and supervising the full production process within our Carpentry Division. Working closely with the Carpentry Manager and project teams, you'll ensure all carpentry works are executed on time, to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs for carpentry works required across departments.
Supervise production activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to schedules.
Manage workflow, team assignments, and production resources efficiently.
Conduct site measurements and prepare precise drawings for fabrication and installation.
Maintain safety standards and adopt best practices in all stages of production.
Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to optimize carpentry output and solve on-site challenges.
Support training and development initiatives to elevate craftsmanship and team performance.
