Job Description

Job Title: Designer cum Draughtsman (Interior Fit-Out)



:



We are looking for a

Designer cum Draughtsman

to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 2 years UAE experience in the same field

and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities related to design, drafting, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed

shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings

for interior fit-out projects. Develop

design concepts, layouts, and 3D views

as required. Coordinate closely with

site foremen, project coordinators, and management

to ensure drawings are executed accurately on site. Assist in

material selection, specifications, and design modifications

as per project requirements. Handle

multi-tasking

between design work, drafting, and site-related coordination. Ensure drawings comply with

project standards, authority requirements, and timelines

. Provide technical support during project execution and attend site meetings when required.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years UAE experience

in interior design and drafting (mandatory). Proficient in

AutoCAD

(3D software knowledge is an added advantage). Strong understanding of

interior fit-out works, detailing, and materials

. Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently. Good communication skills to coordinate with

foremen, site team, and management

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects
