Key Responsibilities-
Design & Offer Presentation

• Support the sales team in developing visually strong and stylistically relevant design concepts tailored to client needs with Home Centre Products
• Guide clients in selecting fabrics, colour palettes, lighting, floor coverings, window shades, furniture and Household accessories.
• Translate client discussions into detailed work briefs with the aid of mood boards.
• Create professional design presentations and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Ensure designs meet structural, functional, and safety requirements, adhering to building codes and technical standards.
• Combine Home Centre offerings with complementary design elements to create holistic home solutions.
• Produce mood boards and material presentations that clearly communicate design intent to clients.
• Ensure all design documentation and drawings are error-free and aligned with the execution plan.
• Utilize excellent space planning skills to propose practical and visually appealing design layouts.

People & Communication

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple design projects efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams (sales, logistics, buying), and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Exhibit leadership and confidence when presenting design concepts or resolving design-related queries.
• Remain adaptable and flexible, able to work within changing project environments and tight deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
