Job Summary
The Designer - Artwork is responsible for creating, developing, and finalizing all artwork-related designs, including product labels, packaging, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives. The role ensures accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with printing and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop product artwork such as labels, packaging, cans, cartons, and stickers
Prepare print-ready files as per supplier and production specifications
Ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and technical standards
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and QA teams for artwork approvals
Modify and revise artwork based on internal feedback or customer requirements
Maintain proper version control and artwork records
Support marketing activities with brochures, catalogues, presentations, and digital creatives
Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure correct output and colour accuracy
Ensure timely completion of artwork to meet production schedules

Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of printing processes, colour management, and file formats
Understanding of packaging materials and label design
High attention to detail and ability to work with technical specifications
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in artwork design, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors

Preferred Experience
Experience in oil, lubricant, chemical, or industrial product artwork
Familiarity with barcode placement, regulatory text, MSDS-related visuals, and multilingual labels

Office-based role with coordination across departments
Occasional urgent artwork support aligned with production schedules

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: AED 2,000 - 2,500 (based on knowledge & experience)
