What You'll Do

• Lead and manage design processes to meet statutory, legal, and contractual requirements across all work streams.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of design management systems and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Build and lead design teams, ensuring clear allocation of resources and responsibilities.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans aligned with annual business goals and project milestones.
• Engage with clients and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and present management review data to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, introducing innovative solutions and lessons learned.
• Support recruitment, training, and professional development for design team members.
• Lead initiatives to achieve net zero carbon goals by integrating sustainability considerations into design activities.

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale design projects within the UAE construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of design management systems, risk mitigation, and build strategies.
• Expertise in design workflows, scheduling, and deliverable management across multiple disciplines.
• Skilled in business planning, stakeholder engagement, and influencing senior leadership.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with prefabrication strategies and complex mixed-use project delivery.
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
