Ame Studio is a Dubai-based luxury floral and event styling house known for its refined, modern, and understated aesthetic. We create timeless experiences across private events, weddings, and bespoke brand collaborations, blending artistry, storytelling, and impeccable detail.

We are looking for a Creative Manager with a strong design background in florals, event styling, and creative direction someone who combines artistic vision with structure, leadership, and execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, moodboards, and design directions for luxury events and bespoke floral setups. Oversee styling and production, ensuring every detail aligns with Ame's visual language. Lead the creative process -- from idea to setup -- in collaboration with stylists, florists, and external partners. Translate client briefs into elegant, modern experiences with emotional and visual depth. Guide a small team to maintain consistent quality, creative innovation, and design excellence. Manage vendor communication, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with the founder on brand shoots, installations, and seasonal design projects.
Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury event styling, floral design, or creative direction. Strong understanding of modern aesthetics refined, sculptural, and storytelling-driven. Proven ability to design and direct creative teams and execute concepts to luxury standards. Background in floral design, set design, or interior styling is a major plus. Experience in the UAE or GCC luxury market preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Driving license is an advantage.
