About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to lead and oversee the design stage of our prestigious real estate projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all project designs meet regulatory requirements, align with investment targets, and reflect the company's vision of delivering landmark developments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design stage of multiple real estate projects. Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and sub-consultants to ensure compliance with Dubai's regulations and project-specific requirements. Monitor and follow up on design progress to ensure timely delivery. Guarantee that project designs align with investment and feasibility targets. Review and validate design submissions to maintain quality, efficiency, and market competitiveness. Provide strategic input to enhance the company's design processes and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Dubai-based real estate development company. Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, RERA, Trakhees, DSOA, etc.). Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to balance design vision with investment and commercial objectives.
