Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive design vision aligned with project and company goals Lead and inspire a team of designers Oversee design quality, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with stakeholders and project managers Enforce brand identity and design guidelines Optimize workflows using agile or design sprint methodologies Manage resources, tools, and departmental budgets
Requirements:
F&B or Design Studio Experience is a must. Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Rendering Software, and MS Office * Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
