Job Description
UAE Design Work Experience Required
Chinese and English Language Preferred
1. Design process management: prepare the design flow chart of this project to ensure that it complies with the design compliance requirements of real estate development projects in the UAE and Sharjah;
2. Design risk assessment: assess the risks that may exist in the design process, propose corresponding risk management strategies, and prepare risk response measures;
3. Design cost optimization: on the premise of meeting functional requirements, adopt alternative design solutions as much as possible to reduce project construction costs;
4. Good communication mechanism: establish a good communication mechanism with the design subcontractor, local construction authorities, owner supervision units, and project technical construction procurement departments, and organize relevant meetings regularly to ensure that the project construction is not affected by the design;
5. Participate in subcontract negotiations: the design process requires the provision of technology, materials, equipment and other parameters, and be prepared for resource collection and market research, and participate in process negotiations;
6. Design node control: ensure that the design nodes are completed within the agreed time of the owner and subcontract contract, and assist in obtaining relevant construction permits.
