\xe2\x80\x93 Create and implement best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.

\xe2\x80\x93 Evaluate the challenges faced by the Business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.

\xe2\x80\x93 Take ownership of the engineering policy, guidelines, and any associated documents to initiate and develop creative and innovative engineering processes.

\xe2\x80\x93 Providing technical support to Business Development.

\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for overseeing all aspects of build design, from Project Start to Design Release.

\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure up-to-date drawings are maintained appropriately.

\xe2\x80\x93 Work with the Marketing department on Product development, market opportunities, and trends.

\xe2\x80\x93 Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure the manufacturability of products while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards and achieving cost targets in a timely manner.

\xe2\x80\x93 Support project management to cross-functional activity required for project execution.

\xe2\x80\x93 Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and the requirements of customers and Research / Design and development, and define the metrics required to assess performance against the standards required.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 8 years of design engineering experience in the air handling unit (AHU) / fan coil unit (FCU).

\xe2\x80\x93 Product design knowledge in AHU/FCU is a must.

\xe2\x80\x93 Key criteria \xe2\x80\x93 new product development and research in AHU/FCU.
