Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the facade design team across multiple concurrent projects.
Review and validate technical drawings, shop drawings, and design submissions with expert input.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate facade systems effectively.
Conduct design coordination meetings and address client and consultant requirements.
Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to project execution teams.
Supervise the preparation and standardization of shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation plans.
Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Research and implement new materials, technologies, and design innovations.
Continuously enhance design processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and optimize timelines.
Promote team development through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Maintain technical documentation, design libraries, and standardized guidelines for ongoing projects.
