Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the facade design team across multiple concurrent projects.
Review, approve, and validate
technical drawings, shop drawings, and design submissions
with expert technical input.
Collaborate with
architects, consultants, structural engineers, and contractors
to integrate facade systems into architectural and structural frameworks.
Conduct and facilitate
design coordination meetings
, addressing client and consultant requirements.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for
project execution teams

Oversee the preparation and
standardization of shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation plans

Ensure designs are compliant with
UAE building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
