The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in aluminum and facade system engineering, with a proven ability to manage the full design lifecycle--from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership & Management
Lead the facade design team across multiple concurrent projects.
Review, validate, and approve technical drawings and design submissions.
Provide expert guidance on system design, material selection, and constructability.

Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate facade systems with architectural and structural frameworks.
Participate in design meetings to address client and consultant requirements.
Provide technical support to project execution teams during implementation.

Technical Documentation
Supervise preparation of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation layouts.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Maintain standardized documentation practices and technical libraries.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Research and integrate new materials, facade systems, and design methods.
Lead initiatives to enhance design quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Keep up-to-date with trends in facade engineering and sustainable design practices.

Team Development
Mentor junior designers and draftsmen, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Conduct design reviews, deliver feedback, and evaluate technical performance.
Promote a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning within the design team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
10-15 years of experience in facade and aluminum system design, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven experience working on high-rise, commercial, or iconic facade projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar 3D modeling/design tools.
In-depth understanding of structural principles, thermal performance, and materials used in facade systems.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
