We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Design Manager
with 2-3 years of experience in theswimming pool and landscape industry
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in3D architectural design, visualization, and project presentation
to develop innovative and practical design solutions for residential and commercial outdoor environments.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the
design process
for swimming pool and landscape projects from concept to final presentation. Develop2D and 3D design layouts
, renderings, and visualizations using design software. Coordinate with theengineering and construction teams
to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Prepareconcept presentations, mood boards, and material selections
aligned with client requirements. Ensure that all designs meetUAE standards, project budgets, and timelines
. Collaborate withclients, consultants, and subcontractors
to refine and finalize project concepts. Supervisejunior designers
and provide creative direction and technical guidance. Maintain a strong understanding oflandscape architecture, pool design trends, and modern outdoor concepts
.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture, Landscape Design, or Civil Engineering
. Minimum2-3 years of experience
inswimming pool and landscape design
(UAE experience preferred). Proficiency inAutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
for visualization and rendering. Strong design presentation and project coordination skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month, depending on experienceJob Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
