Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Speaker Design Manager to serve as the face of our company, leading our design team and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality deliverables Oversee complete design process from 3D visualization to on-site implementation Coordinate closely with site engineers and supervisors to translate designs into reality Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business development Manage client relationships and handle challenging client requirements professionally Oversee project planning, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design and fit-out industry Proven leadership and team management skills Strong project management and planning capabilities Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Exceptional client management and communication skills Honest, hardworking, and accountable professional Proficiency in 3D design software and technical documentation

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
