Design Manager
Job Description
Support the General Manager in overseeing design projects and strategic initiatives. Work closely with the design team throughout all project phases, from concept development to final execution. Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Meet with clients to discuss their needs, ideas, and preferences. Develop interior design concepts tailored to the client's vision and budget. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, including mood boards and 3D visualizations, for client approval. Source and select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes that align with design goals and budget constraints. Work with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery. Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for client approval. Review and verify shop drawings before submission for production. Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery. Conduct on-site inspections to monitor project progress and provide recommendations. Ensure seamless execution of design elements in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Address any design or construction challenges promptly to maintain project integrity.
