As a Design Lead for Growth and Innovation, you will be responsible for crafting great designs that communicate complex concepts in a simple and compelling way. Your deep understanding of design principles and their application across different mediums will help you develop and implement design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across all design assets.
Additionally, you will have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling narratives through design. By developing and executing design strategies that elevate Groupe\'s image and enhance its reputation as a leader in the industry, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation.

- Design pitch decks and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive new business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for innovation, and lead design sprints and workshops to develop new ideas and solutions.
- Evangelize the importance of design as a strategic differentiator, and communicate the value of design in driving innovation and growth to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Continuously push the envelope in terms of design excellence, exploring new techniques, technologies, and trends to create an exceptional design that sets Groupe apart from its competitors.
- Design and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including digital and physical experiences.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all design materials accurately represent Groupe\'s brand identity.
- At least 7 years of experience in design, with a focus on innovation and growth.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex design projects of the highest quality
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep experience with design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative and beyond
- Arabic speaker preferred
