Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of HCM modules in the Fusion HCM platform, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, based on business requirements, best practices, and system capabilities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT teams to understand and analyze HCM requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient processes and solutions in the Fusion HCM system. Provide expertise in the Fusion HCM system, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, to ensure optimal system performance and functionality. Conduct analysis of existing HCM processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience. Lead the implementation of new features, functionalities, and enhancements in the Fusion HCM system, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption by end-users. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configuration, and user guides, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for end-users. Provide guidance and support to end-users, including training, issue resolution, and system support, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Fusion HCM system. Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve system-related issues, participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and projects, and stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities of the Fusion HCM platform. Monitor and analyze system usage, performance, and data integrity, and proactively identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HCM and HR technology, and apply this knowledge to continually enhance the Fusion HCM system and related processes. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, as applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Strong expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) processes, best practices, and technologies, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HCM system design, configuration, and optimization, preferably with Fusion HCM. Proven experience in system design, configuration, and customization in the Fusion HCM platform, including understanding of system architecture, data model, and business processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable HCM processes and solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide end-user training and support. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, system configuration, and documentation. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HCM and HR compliance. Experience in leading HCM system implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Ability to adapt to changing technologies, trends, and business requirements in the HCM space. Certification in Fusion HCM Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,675.73 - AED11,127.89 per month Experience:
