Job Description

1. Business Development & Client Engagement

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the fit-out, design, and related sectors. Meet with clients to understand project requirements, present proposals, and negotiate contracts. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support repeat business. Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and conceptual design proposals.

2. Design Leadership

Oversee and guide the design team in producing high-quality concepts, drawings, and presentations. Ensure that design outputs align with client requirements, project budgets, and timelines. Review and approve design concepts, material selections, and final deliverables. Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and management for smooth project handover.

3. Department Management

Lead, manage, and mentor the design department, ensuring productivity, creativity, and timely delivery. Assign workloads, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, materials, and design innovations.

4. Communication & Coordination

Communicate professionally and fluently in English with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ensure 10/10 proficiency in spoken, written, and listening communication. Prepare detailed reports, client updates, meeting minutes, and commercial proposals.

5. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential clients. Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and expand company reach. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to enhance service offerings.

6. Administrative & General Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, proposals, meetings, and contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Support marketing activities, social media content, and brand promotion where required. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings on behalf of the company.
