Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson with a strong background in design or engineering to join our team in the sanitary ware and tiles industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive in acquiring new clients, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with designers, architects, and engineers. This role offers a lucrative commission structure that rewards performance and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Actively seek out and engage potential clients in the sanitary ware and tiles sector through meetings and networking events.

Networking:

Develop and maintain relationships with designers, architects, and engineers to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Targets:

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Proactive Engagement:

Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and foster long-term partnerships.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to effectively position our products.

Reporting:

Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management, showcasing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the sanitary ware and tiles industry.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Requirements:

Driver's License:

A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.

Availability:

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
