Description:We are looking for a Deputy Sales Manager, who will be responsible for: directing, supervising the sales team of each store, thus achieving an increase in the effective sales of the company. Supervise sales management. Motivate and encourage staff to offer optimal customer service, achieve cross-selling.Requirements:Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Leadership and personnel management. Solid experience in sales strategies and management of sales teams. Marketing with experience in sales at the level of stores in the retail or mass consumption sector. Must be a person motivated to achieve, possess leadership, effective communication. 3 years of sales experience.
