Job Description
Deputy Manager- Connectivity We are looking for a SATCOM experienced Deputy Manager who will be responsible for aiding the Sr. Manager Connectivity Department by managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership and direction to department staff, and closely working with other departments to achieve organization objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively engage with the product team to address daily inquiries and project requests, ensuring customer proposals are drafted and shared promptly.
- Forge a strong relationship with the technical team to ensure all support tickets are resolved quickly and without escalation.
- Collaborate with the billing department to guarantee accurate and timely updating of sales invoices and airtime invoices in the system and share them with customers.
- Work hand in hand with the after-sales team to boost the revenue of the Connectivity Department through proactive promotion of our products and services.
- Attend customer meetings alongside the sales team to present our unique solutions and persuade them to choose our services.
- Regularly sync with vendors to discuss sales pipeline, potential market opportunities, new product introductions, and pricing updates for the forthcoming period.
- Work alongside the finance department to provide customers with detailed explanations to any invoice-related questions.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely shipment of customer orders.
- Experience with VSAT, IT Network & Solutions.
- Professional and proactive work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional interdepartmental communication skills & an out of the box thinker.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with project management.
- A degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
