Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified

Deputy Manager

with a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to support and oversee maintenance management operations within our facilities. The ideal candidate must hold a valid

UPDA Grade A certification

and bring a minimum of

8 years of relevant experience

in managing maintenance operations in a compatible facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure smooth facility functioning. Supervise and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for efficient workflow. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support in resource planning, budgeting, and cost control for maintenance projects. Prepare technical and operational reports for management review. Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies, systems, and processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

UPDA Grade A certification

is mandatory. Minimum of

8 years of relevant maintenance management experience

in a compatible facility. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office. Experience in facility management within the GCC region. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
